The Controlled experiment method has become an important tool for social sciences nowadays and experimental economics is a rapidly developing field. The Center was established in order to organize activities in this area.
ASBULAB aims to design and implement experiments that will contribute to research on social sciences, especially on economics, intended to understand individual and social attitudes and behavior. In ASBULAB, through experiments carried out, basic dynamics of people's economic behavior is aimed to be determined. Among the objectives of the center are determining through which processes these basic dynamics are obtained, how they emerge, how these dynamics are shaped during collective decisions and what their social effects are. ASBULAB encourages interdisciplinary studies that may bring researchers from different fields together.
